If you are looking to sell your home, the first thing I will do is meet with you, preview your home and provide you with a thorough Comparative Market Analysis, along with current market condition data so you can make an informed decision regarding pricing. I will also pre-stage your property by making recommendations on any improvements that will improve the saleability of your home and attract buyers.
In order to prepare your home for sale, we will obtain and prepare all pertinent information on your home, such as Title Search (to look for right of ways, easements, liens) Lot Size, Home Size, and Room Sizes. This information will be used by me as well as other Realtors and Buyers to confirm important facts about your home.
MULTIPLE LISTING SYSTEM, MLS:
I will promptly submit your home listing information to the Multiple Listing System which will synch with MLS.ca and REALTOR.ca. Realtor promotion and co-operation with all Brokerages in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, Vancouver Real Estate Board and all aligned Brokerages in B.C. and Canada.
I will tailor a plan specifically for you and your home to streamline the selling process. Some of the advertising venues used are:

If required, I will install a lockbox or arrange for keys to be picked up from our office so that if I am not available it will make it easy for other realtors to show your home to their buyers. I always request follow up feedback from all realtors who show your property and report to you on a weekly basis or sooner. If you entrust us to help sell your home, I will do everything in our power to make it happen.
Review all Contracts of Purchase and Sale. Assist the Seller in negotiating the most favourable terms and conditions.
Discuss with you a weekly Activity Report and monthly Market Update.
Oversee paperwork throughout the transaction and closing.
